I am pleased to introduce our two new chefs: Mr Leung Wing-yeung will be our Executive Sous Chef and Mr. Simon Choi will be in charge of the Chinese food in the new upcoming restaurant, Portside.
Chef Leung has around 30 years of culinary experience specialising in Western cuisine. He was previously with Island Shangri-La for 12 years as Chef of the Lobster Bar & Grill.
Chef Simon Choi is an expert Chinese Chef, who loves to share his passion and knowledge of traditional Cantonese cuisine.
Portside will be open in coming Autumn, and I am sure you will find a totally new and different dining experience there.
