About Group Fitness Classes

Held daily, these dynamic fitness classes heats up all the major muscle groups for a total body workout. Participants work at their chosen level of resistance in an enjoyably relaxed group setting. These workouts are particularly popular with people who traditionally focus on cardio training but who want to make time for a fun, efficient strength workout.


SPINNING & SCULPT (Instructor: Raul)

This is offering high energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Spinning classes can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout -burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape.

TRX CHALLENGE (Instructor: Evelyn)

Classes are a circuit workout that uses industrial-strength nylon suspension cables with handles, which originated from the U.S.A Navy Seals developed by Fitness Anywhere®. Using your own body weight as resistance, TRX allows you to perform hundreds of exercises, with intensity to match your fitness level. This class targets your entire body that builds power, strength, flexibility and mobility to help with day-to-day activities.


TAI CHI (Instructor: Donald)

The slow, graceful and rhythmic movements of the Tai Chi Form, gently strenghten the organs and muscles, improve circulation and posture, and relax both mind and body. People of all ages, conditions, and abilities can benefit from Tai Chi. A little regular practice is all that is needed. 


SUNRISE FLOW YOGA (Instructor: Kelsey)

Sunrise Flow Yoga is back! Please come and join our regular group class every Monday from 9.30 to 10.30am with our new instructor Kelsey. 


Golf Clinic (Instructor: Andy)

The Golf Clinic is a tailor-made programme coaching by Andy. The Golf Simulator is a great way to start the game and coach will give some tips and pointers during the class. 


STRETCH-EZE (Instructor: Iris)

Stretch-eze is a circular resistance fabric brand made with high quality nylon/ lycra spandex, which used for support and resistance in a Pilates mat class. 


LINE DANCING (Instructor: Katina)

Line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. 


Family Thai Boxing (Instructor: Cori)

It is designed for parents and their children. The participants follow drills, coach each other and play fitness games. Through this class, you will be able to achieve fitness developments with your children, enhancing relationships with them and understanding of the parent's role during training.
