With close to 20 years of working experience in high-end Cantonese cuisine and Michelin-starred restaurants, Chef Li has a longstanding culinary philosophy of using the best ingredients to cook traditional and authentic dishes in a novel and modern way. His solid cooking skills, in-depth understanding of ingredients, and excellent kitchen management skills are the foundations of dishes that are widely acclaimed. Before joining the Club, Chef Li worked in Michelin-starred restaurants including Duddell’s in Central, Lai Heen at The Ritz-Carlton Macau, Tin Lung Heen at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong and Yee Tung Heen at the former Excelsior Hotel in Causeway Bay.
