Come up to the 8/F to see our amazing new Activ8 venue, featuring a range of new sports and activities for all the family. Activ8 is fully enclosed and air conditioned and features the following facilities.
1. Bouldering Wall with four fixed rope walls and up to 60 different bouldering routes. Just Climb will offer lessons for children aged four and above as well as for adults.
2. HYROX containing all eight functional training activities that make up the Hyrox programme: SkiErg, Rower, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Farmer’s Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Burpee Broad Jumps and Wall Balls. You may also add in your 1km run on our non-motorised treadmills.
3. Pickleball Courts - two great new courts so you can join in Hong Kong’s fastest growing racquet sport.
4. Amsurf – for an amazing indoor surfing and bodyboarding experience to learn new skills or simply have fun while you wipe out!
5. Amski – our existing indoor ski area offers the chance to hone your skills before and after your skiing holiday.

Open Days
To learn more about each activity, come along to our Open Days, which will include demonstration sessions for each activity.
• Every Saturday and Sunday from July 18 to August 30
• Every Wednesday from July 22 to August 26
• Activities on all these days will start from 10am and end at 5pm
Alongside these amazing new facilities, we offer a range of programmes – lessons, socials and competitions. The new facilities will also feature some great new coaches.
