About the Speaker
Neelam Daswani is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certified in Hormone Health and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She specialises in helping adults and teenagers implement dietary and lifestyle changes that target the root causes of imbalances and disease, promoting healing and overall wellness. 
Neelam offers one-on-one coaching sessions and collaborates with Functional Medicine Practitioners to develop personalised health plans. Her holistic approach includes balancing healthy eating habits, incorporating supplements and exercise, and addressing stress management and sleep optimisation. With her guidance, clients can achieve a more balanced and healthier lifestyle tailored to their individual needs.
