The Horizon is thrilled to present an exquisite series of authentic Huaiyang dishes crafted by the culinary team of Shangri-La Yuanqu, Suzhou’s Shang Garden restaurant.
Huaiyang Cuisine is one of the four traditional Chinese cuisines, originating in Yangzhou and Huaiyang. It is renowned for eating in season, using fresh and high- quality ingredients along with elegant presentation.
